People, roles and agencies

Administrators, editors and viewers; invitations; agencies and their clients.

Roles

Every person has one role per website:

  • Beheerder (Administrator): connects the website, invites people, switches publishing on or off, reads the website's fields again after they changed in the CMS, and edits and publishes.
  • Redacteur (Editor): edits, uses the AI assistant, saves concepts and publishes when publishing is switched on.
  • Alleen bekijken (View only): sees the content and the history, and changes nothing.

Inviting people

An administrator invites someone by email from the website's people screen. The invitation names the website and the role; the person signs in with that email address to accept it.

Agencies

An agency keeps its clients and their websites in one place:

  • A dashboard with every client, their websites and whether publishing is on.
  • One invitation gives a client contact access to all their websites.
  • An agency profile with logo and contact details, which clients see on their websites in the app.

When a client connects a website themselves, they stay its administrator. Placing it under their agency is a proposal that an agency administrator accepts; it never happens automatically.
